Software Maintenance (SWM) is defined as the modification of a software product after delivery to correct faults, improve performance, add new features, or adapt the product to a modified environment such as a new Windows operating system such as VISTA. As an ISO approved company, SANAKO offer a very competitive service that keeps your investment up to date with all the latest service packs and full release versions. Our record of delivering frequent and beneficial new versions has been proven over many years and by paying up-front for the rights to these new releases you can save money.

One example of how competitive the pricing is has been shown below;

The cost to purchase 1 years SWM* for a standard Primary School is £274+VAT RRP which is almost the same as the price for just 1-off N810 device.

The other option open to any customer is to wait until new versions are released and then pay for the upgrade. However, this path can prove to be considerably more expensive than software maintenance.

Please note that our SWM contract covers software updates for the NOKIA N810 device, the Teacher Study 500 software and the SANAKO LAMP server software – all three included in the one price.
