You do not have to be a SANAKO support contract holder to have remote assistance conducted but priority will be given to requests from contract holders.

One of our trainers will come to site and provide training to your teachers. The exact content and nature of your training session can be agreed prior with the trainer but these sessions are typically 2 to 3 hours in duration to a maximum of 10 persons. Printed training material will also be provided.
