Previous hand-held learning devices and solutions have had major problems in obtaining software applications for the specific device or incur the additional cost of purchasing Windows application licenses for say Microsoft Office.  The NOKIA handheld and mobile device community is (as you would expect) growing daily and the number of worldwide users worldwide exceeds many hundreds of million. 

The open source community creates applications that can be installed to your N810 (and N800) - all of them provided free of charge.  Some of the most popular applications for the device have been listed to the left and broken down into specific topic areas.  ALL of the applications described can be downloaded from the SUPPORT section of this site for our valued CHOOSE TO LEARN contract holders.

The Maemo community is an active one and people who create free applications for the devices make these available via a set of download Internet repositories.  This means that you can select which applications you want to install and keep notified of updates in the future.

Once the repositories have been added to your device then you simply need to use the in-built Application Manager to browse for installable applications.  You will then be presented with a list of the latest free applications from which you can select the ones that you want to install.

SANAKO do not create any software applications other than the SANAKO Mobile Client.
